    I offer a free 30 minute consultation about whether I will be a good fit to provide you any of those services. And for therapy services, I begin with a psychiatric diagnostic assessment.

  • Accessibility is important to me. I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots for clients who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and/or experience financial hardship. Offerings are on a case by case basis. Please inquire for details.

    No therapist could possibly be the right fit for everyone, and I am no different. It takes time to establish a working therapeutic relationship. That said, I use principles of Feedback Informed Treatment to help us monitor how you are progressing—from your point of view—and to check in regularly about if and how you feel helped by me.

    The hope is that we figure out sooner whether this is working, or another therapist might be a better fit.
